Is there a naysayer in your path who is challenging you for
trusting God while you are walking through your wilderness? You are not alone
when you are being questioned for your faith. In Isaiah’s day, the field commander of
Assyria’s army came to a representative of Hezekiah, the king of Israel and
said,
“Do not let Hezekiah mislead you when he says, ‘The Lord
will deliver us.’ Have the gods of any nations ever delivered their lands from
the hand of the king of Assyria?” (Isaiah 36:18)
Ah, yes, those folks who will try and talk us out of our
faith. No one has ever come out of this kind of surgery! No one has ever
rebuilt their lives after losing everything to bankruptcy! No one has ever….
The person of faith in the Living God says, “The Lord will deliver us.” – Ron
