I think once you get used to it, you're going to like Blogspot. It's kinna quirky at first, but the comment editor is superior, and the features and design options are great.
You can post videos here directly. There are two tabs on your post editor. One says compose, the other html. Click on the html and you can embed the video code in there and the video will post. Just make sure to change to a smaller size video or it's going to extend out onto your sidebar, as I found out myself today. LOL
The other way is to use the share buttons right at Youtube. There is one there for Blogger.
